Dear Mr. Schubert:

I came into your shop today because of a problem with my Toyota Sienna. Obviously, a vehicle had hit my van in the rear (I was not in the vehicle when it happened), and a deep, unsightly depression in the bumper area was the result.

You said that replacement of the body part would cost about $750. You also said that you could heat the area and push the dented metal back into its original shape. When I asked you the cost of this heating/pushing procedure, you said there would be no cost. I thought I did not hear correctly so I repeated my question. Again you said there would be not charge for the service. You also told me that if this were your vehicle you would use heat to get the bumper back into its original shape.

I have used your body shop in the past and was always pleased with the final results. I told you to go ahead and do the job with heat. You got right to work on my Sienna. The bumper was fixed within twenty minutes and the result was excellent.

I can’t thank you enough for the work you did for me. You worked quickly, made the dent disappear like magic, and I paid nothing. I still can’t believe the entire experience. In this day and age, you have to look far and wide to find such thoughtful, courteous treatment.

You can be sure that any future body work that I need for my cars will be done by Schubert. I will recommend you highly to all my friends.
